HASS/HALT
testing challenges the design, components,
sub-assemblies and final assemblies of today's
manufactured products. Stresses are applied
through a number of conditions to establish
operational. limits and ultimately precipitate
failure in the HASS/HALT environment. Rapid
thermal change rate is one of the classic
conditions that facilitates product stress.
The Envirotronics Star Plus
System AGREE chambers are equipped with an LN2
cooling system. The LN2 cooling system, with
modulating valve and directed airflow to the
product, provides the rapid thermal change rates
required to achieve maximum product stress.
Additionally, these rates are accomplished with
smaller space requirements, lower audible noise,
no water requirement, and lower maintenance costs
than a typical refrigeration system.

The chamber
enclosure is insulated with sound dampening
material to keep operating noise levels of the
vibration equipment below 78dBa. Access to the
chamber workspace is through large total-access
doors.

The new Envirotronics Star Plus System Control Console combines the familiarity and versatility of the PC workstation with the industrial strength and reliability of our steel cabinets. The Desktop PC workstation comes complete with:

The new console features a roll-out keyboard drawer with an integrated side-shelf suitable for a mousepad. A clear acrylic window allows you to view the monitor screen without having to open the cabinet. There are four access doors to the console: a monitor access, a keyboard and mouse access, a lower front access, and a full-length rear access door. The lockable console is manufactures of steel and is provided with wheels for ease of positioning in your lab.
